I'm interested in the analysis of large scale datasets over a variety of contexts. Recently in the context of time-series datasets through the significance analysis of lead-lag statistics and the development of an associated software package. In the future I hope to develop novel statistical models for the analysis of pyrotag taxonomic datasets. I am also interested in the Probabilistic Graphical Models as an inferential framework that communicate a model's implications across disciplines in a constructive, facilitative manner. Additionally, I am also developing a database for laboratory information management cataloguing the samples, their sequencing through a variety of high-throughput platforms, and their subsequence downstream analysis.
